ACE Keeping Their Customers at the Forefront of Their Business - August 2013

Advanced Chemical Etching (ACE) sent out their 2013 customer survey which is an integral part of their continuous improvement program. The survey customer response is extremely important to ACE, as this is a great benchmark to see how their customers perceive the company. The results are in for the 2013 survey and ACE are really pleased with the customer feedback:

10 out of 10 customers surveyed were satisfied with quality, technical ability and general service.

9 out of 10 customers surveyed were satisfied with ease of contact, pricing, responsiveness, flexibility, delivery, trouble free relationship.

9 out of 10 customers would recommend ACE to a friend or colleague.

Some of the favourable comments running through the survey from customers when asked if they could change any aspect of ACE:

"Currently we do not see any demand that Advanced Chemical Etching need to develop"

"ACE are a valued supplier"

"Nothing, ACE fulfils all of our companies needs"

ACE has implemented their own in-house tailored mapping system which continues to improve the companies' on time delivery in full (OTIF) and quality right first time (RFT) performances. This will definitely keep their customers at the forefront of their business.
